On behalf of the government, APEX/NMA provided A-E3 “Title II” Technical Support for design and construction of the new, stand-alone, administrative office facility at Goodfellow AFB’s medical campus. The new facility supports the relocated administrative office functions of Bioenvironmental Engineering and Information Management services including new utility connections and site modifications.
