This project relocates the Women and Children’s Center from the Observatorio campus to the Santa Fe campus for American British Cowdray. The 180,000-square-foot center will provide comprehensive women and children’s services to the growing young population of the Santa Fe area. The project includes obstetrical, gynecology, nursery, NICU and pediatric services as well as 50 patient beds, a 200-seat multi-purpose auditorium, gift shop, physicians’ offices and patient education to promote wellness in the community. A round building form complements the site and takes advantage of the topography to maximize views to the surrounding areas.
