NMA provided programming and master planning services for increasing operational efficiency of the existing Scott AFB clinic. We utilized SEPS -Space Programming and Equipment Planning (used by VA). A Concept of Operations (ConOps) was developed as operational narratives to communicate how the organization envisions it will operate in a new environment. For the ConOps, NMA documented information concerning the mission/ organizational purpose; services being performed, patient and staff “flow”, functional space descriptions, special requirements specific to those spaces, and adjacency requirements within and between the various departments/clinics and subsequently developed the cost estimation and RFP for implementation of the master plan.
